Orientation Week 2024 - Energy Masters (October 07-11, 2024)

Welcome to the TU Berlin Energy Masters Programs!

As you start the next chapter of your academic journey, we would like to provide you with the essential information you need and help you settle into university life.

Orientation Week 2024

Monday, October 07 (10:00 – 17:00)
The orientation week starts with a kick-off event on the main campus. For those who cannot attend in person, we will offer a Zoom link to participate. Following this, there will be a session on E-Learning and the Digital Environment. At 14:00, we will proceed with a TU Berlin Campus Tour, including a scavenger hunt to explore the facilities of the TU Main Campus, sport amenities, TUBIT, the TU library, and more.

Tuesday, October 08 (10:30 – 17:00)
There will be a Bundestag tour from 10:00 to 12:30, which, due to limited capacity, will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The Berlin City Walking Tour will start at 14:00 and will take you to some of Berlin’s historical highlights. This is a great opportunity to meet your future classmates and visit Berlin landmarks simultaneously.

Wednesday, October 09 (13:00 – 17:00)
During the EUREF Campus Tour, you will visit the facilities of the TU-EUREF Campus, where most of your lectures will take place. The tour will start with a Welcome Address by Ms. Teichmann (Board of EUREF AG) and presentations by the business partners of the EUREF-Talent Campus (Schneider Electric, Convex Energy, SPIE, Wilo, Arcadis), followed by an EUREF Campus tour in four groups. The event will conclude with ice-breaking games and a get-together.

Thursday, October 10 (10:00 – 12:00 & 17:00 – 19:00)
The Library Tour includes an introduction to the services and resources offered by the libraries of TU Berlin and a tour of the TU Berlin’s central library for about two hours.
At 17:00 we will gather for an Energetic Aperitivo at Schneider Electric. The agenda includes a panel discussion followed by networking with 15 company representatives from the EUREF community.

Friday, October 11 (16:00 – 18:00)
The last event of the week will be the Official Welcome Event. This will be a festive occasion, and business casual dress code is required. If you are not in Berlin or cannot attend the event in person, you will be able to join via Zoom.
